Introducing Silver Flight
- General settings now offer System, Light and Dark themes with instant switching and persistence. In-app icons adapt to the theme, without the decorative blue glow.
- A porcelain-white tile, graphite paper plane and blue accent replace the dark dot-matrix icon.
- Consistent Dock, Finder, in-app and website branding with 16–1024 px assets.
- Existing profiles, subscriptions and the network recovery behavior from 1.0.3 are preserved.
Validation coverage
- 485 unit tests passed; icon sizes, reproducibility and seven macOS renditions were checked.
- Developer ID signatures, Apple notarization of app and DMG, stapled tickets and Gatekeeper were verified.
- An in-place upgrade from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4 in Tart macOS 26.6.1 preserved profiles. Sidebar, overview and Dock icons were visually checked. Instant theme changes, adaptive icons and persistence after relaunch were checked.
Known limitations
- This icon update does not repeat the full protocol matrix, native IPv6, system sleep/wake or 24-hour stability validation. The IPv6 HTTPS and initial recovery-delay limitations recorded for 1.0.3 remain relevant.
